Because each piece is an original work of art, all sales are considered final. We encourage you to review the photographs, dimensions, and description before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece, we're happy to help before you make your selection.
-
Your artwork should arrive exactly as intended. If damage occurs during transit, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging. Please retain the original packaging while we review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Returns and damages
-
Absolutely. Each Hathorn Studio work is individually created. Subtle variations in color, texture, and movement are natural characteristics of the process and part of what makes each piece one of a kind. Each piece is also assigned a serial number and accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.
-
To preserve the beauty of your sculpture, display it indoors in a stable environment away from direct sunlight. Gently remove dust with a soft microfiber cloth. For fingerprints or smudges, a mild glass cleaner may be used. Each piece also arrives with a care card for future reference.
-
We recommend avoiding prolonged direct sunlight, as UV exposure may cause discoloration over time. Indirect natural light is ideal for showcasing the depth, color, and movement of your sculpture while helping preserve its original appearance.
-
Each piece is prepared for display, with mounting or installation details included. For larger works or unique installations, additional guidance may be provided. Clients within 25 miles of the Omaha Metro area qualify for professional installation at an additional $200 fee. Please enquire if interested in this service.
